Recipe of white chocolate

Ingredients

  1. cocoa butter evenly chopped
  2. vanilla extract
  3. powdered sugar 
  4. powdered milk 
  5. vanilla bean

Steps

  1. Melt the cocoa butter and vanilla extract together. Stir in the powdered sugar, powdered milk, and seeds from the vanilla bean until completely incorporated.
  2. Remove from heat and beat the mixture for a couple of minutes.
  3. Then place in the refrigerator for 5 minutes. Beat again for a few minutes and continue the process few more times.
  4. Heat again then pour the mixture into the prepared molds. Allow to cool overnight at room temperature until solidified before removing from the molds.
