Hari Maharjan Project’s ‘Going Into Three’ released worldwide

Hari Maharjan released HMP’s third album, ‘Going Into Three’ worldwide on Tuesday through various music streaming and downloading services. A pioneer for introducing Gypsy Jazz in Nepal in 2000, Maharjan has been dedicated in the field of music as a guitarist for more than two decades now. Gypsy jazz, which he introduced in Nepal, is a style of jazz music believed to have been started around Paris in the 1930s.

According to a press statement released, the album is entitled ‘Going Into Three’ because this is the third album from Hari Maharjan Project. Peter Keijsers is the producer of this album. Keijsers is a musician from Amsterdam. Maharjan and Keijsers have also worked together on Hari Maharjan Project’s album, ‘Sudina’.

Presented by ‘Bandwagon By Positive Vibes’, the album consists 11 tracks and also features various musicians from the Netherlands. The album works are all done in the Netherlands by Maharjan and the Dutch musicians.

Hari Maharjan Project is an elegant blend of gypsy jazz elements with his upbringing of traditional Newari music.
