Govt to enforce one-door policy for advertisements, allocates Rs 7.35 billion for communications ministry

KATHMANDU, May 28: The government has announced adopting a one-door policy for government advertisement given to media houses.

Announcing the budget for the fiscal year 2024/25, Finance Minister Barsha Man Pun said the government will develop a regulatory framework on the use of social media.

The government has allocated Rs 7.35 billion for the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.
