Gold price decreases by Rs 600 per tola

KATHMANDU, June 17: The price of gold has gone down by Rs 600 per tola in the domestic market on Monday.

Fine gold is being traded at Rs 142,200 per tola on Monday, marking a decrease from Rs 142,800 per tola on Sunday.

Similarly, standard gold is being traded at Rs 141,500 per tola today.

Meanwhile, the price of silver has also declined by Rs 20 per tola to become Rs 1,800 per tola on Monday.

In the international market, the price of gold dropped to $2,322.19 per ounce on Monday, from $2,333.01 per ounce on Sunday. Silver has also declined to become $29.19 per ounce today.
