Eddie Murphy to star in Prime Video’s holiday comedy movie ‘Candy Cane Lane’

American actor and comedian Eddie Murphy is set to star and produce in a new holiday comedy movie of Amazon Prime Video ‘Candy Cane Lane’.

The film will be directed by Regunald Hudlin and produced by Amazon Studios along with Eddie Murphy Productions and Imagine Entertainment.

According to reports, the comedy has been acquired as a spec script written by Kelly Younger and inspired by Younger’s childhood holiday experiences.

Some of the popular films of Murphy include Dr Dolittle, Dolemite Is My Name, 48Hrs, Beverly Hills Cop, Coming to America and Trading Places.
