Chief  Minister of Province 1 Sherdhan Rai gets married

KATHMANDU
Chief Minister of Province 1, Sherdhan Rai tied the knot with Jangmu Sherpa on Sunday. A limited number of leaders and relatives were present at the wedding ceremony held at a party palace in Kathmandu.

The 49-year-old groom and the bride in her early 20’s were dressed in the traditional Kirati costumes for their marriage ceremony. Sherpa won the title of Miss Mongol 2018 and has already acted in some music videos.

The inter-caste marriage between them is said to be a love marriage.
