PARSA, April 22: Police have arrested a man, who was on the run after being convicted of trafficking two women 32 years ago. Bishnu Bahadur Thapa, 57, of Thori, Parsa district, who was convicted of selling two women to a brothel in Mumbai, India, was arrested on Thursday.

KATHMANDU, April 22: Nepali youth Bikram Khadka of Vachcha-1, Parbat, has made a world record for standing in a tree pose for the longest period of time. Khadka’s feat has been recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records. Khadka stood in a tree pose (one foot resting on the ground and the other foot resting above the knee) for three hours and 50 minutes.
