KATHMANDU, Oct 30: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, who had been saying of registering the constitution amendment proposal at the parliament before Tihar, has opined of registering the proposal within mid-November. The Prime Minister said so during a meeting held among CPN(Maoist Center), Nepali Congress (NC) and United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) on Sunday evening.
