Temporary teachers ends hunger strike

KATHMANDU, Aug 21: The agitating temporary schoolteachers ended the hunger strike on Monday after Ministry of Education agreed to take their examination after the amendment of the Education Bill.

With this, the scheduled examination of temporary teachers for August 26 has been postponed.
There are above 2, 600 teachers working on temporary basis. RSS
