NAC to revise its 10-year business plan

KATHMANDU, June 27: The Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) has announced plans to revise its 10-year (2021-2030) Integrated Business Plan.

The national flag-carrier has decided to revise the business plan of strategic importance in line with its policy of strengthening its institutional structure and making the services efficient and prompt. 

The NAC's newly-appointed General Manager Dipuraj Juharchan said the Nepal Airlines will review its business plan in view of the existing domestic airlines market and revise the plan accordingly. He shared that NAC will unveil its new website which has not come into operation for long on the occasion of its 64th anniversary that falls on July 1. 

Similarly, a decision has been made to table a proposal in the NAC Board of Directors for an initiation regarding the management of the Chinese aircrafts which are currently not in operation. The NAC management has also decided to take initiatives to reschedule the installments of the loans payable to the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) and the Citizen Investment Fund (CIF). The NAC stated that it would establish coordination with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Tourism and the EPF and CIF for this purpose.
