Minister Khatiwada enquires about health status of centenarian Joshi

KATHMANDU, Feb 10: Minister for Health and Population, Birodh Khatiwada enquired about the health status of centenarian culture expert Satya Mohan Joshi.

Minister Khatiwada reached Kist Medical College and Teaching Hospital in Imadol, Lalitpur to know the health status of ailing Joshi who is under medical treatment for the last couple of days.

On the occasion, Minister Khatiwada directed the hospital administration not to leave any stone unturned in the course of his treatment. Terming Joshi a living legend of the country, the minister extended his best wishes for the speedy recovery of the centenary personality.

After complaining of respiratory troubles, Joshi was admitted to the hospital for treatment on February 8. Hospital sources said his health is improving. Joshi was diagnosed with pneumonia.
