Locals express frustration over delayed govt response as dozens are still trapped in Balkhu floods

KATHMANDU, Sept 28: Dozens of people are trapped in the Balkhu flood in Kathmandu. However, police are conducting rescues using only a single boat. 

In a response, locals criticized the police and relevant authorities for their lack of urgency and sensitivity in the rescue operations during their visit, stating dozens of people remain trapped in life-threatening situations.
