HBL bags ADB award

KATHMANDU, Sept 9: Asian Development Bank (ADB) has awarded the 'TFP Award 2016- Leading Partner Bank in Nepal'  to Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL).

Issuing a statement, the commercial bank said that its Chairman Manoj Bahadur Shrestha received the award during the ADB Trade Finance Program (TFP) Award Ceremony organized by the Manila-based multilateral donor in Singapore on Wednesday.

"ADB has awarded the bank for the recognition of its role in promoting trade finance in Asia and the Pacific," the statement added.
