Bus accident in Kavre leaves 35 injured, 2 in critical condition

KAVRE, June 4: 35 passengers were in injured in a bus accident that took place on Sunday morning in Tinpiple of Kavre district. Of the injured, 2 sustained critical injuries. The injured were rushed to Dhulikhel hospital for treatment.

The bus(Ba 2 Kha 6441) en route to  Katike Deurali of Kavre from Kathmandu met  with an accident. The cause of the accident is still unknown.

“The bus left Kathmandu with 30 passengers. However, it might have been carrying more than 30 passengers at the time when it met with an accident”, said ASI at Panchkhal Traffic Police Umesh Thapaliya.

According to him, the investigation is under way.

More details about the incident are yet to be ascertained.
